Working principle and usage method of sealing device for coal seam water injection
Inject water into the expansion tube of the sealing device, which expands to seal the borehole. Connect the joint of the expansion pipe of the sealing device to the underground pipeline, insert the sealing device into the borehole, open the water injection pipeline valve to start water injection. When the water injection pressure reaches the set pressure of the relief valve, the relief valve opens and begins to inject water into the coal seam. When the water injection pressure is less than the set pressure of the relief valve, the relief valve automatically closes. After the water injection is completed, close the valve to relieve pressure, pull out the sealing device, and use it again to complete the water injection work.
Safety precautions for using sealing devices for coal seam water injection
1. Before use, check if all components are securely connected.
2. The drilling depth should be longer than the length of the sealing device, otherwise it may cause the sealing device to rupture.
3. The sealing device should be fully inserted into the coal seam borehole before water injection can begin. The pressure inside the sealing device should be completely relieved before it can be easily removed. It is strictly prohibited to use force to pull out the sealing device.
4. The sealing device should be used in an environment with an ambient temperature of 0 ℃~40C.
5. Operators should not aim directly at the expansion pipe to prevent it from breaking and injuring people with high-pressure water.
6. Do not use sharp tools to damage the expansion pipe area of the product, otherwise it will not have a sealing effect, and a new sealing device should be replaced.
7. The product must not come into contact with corrosive gases and chemicals.
