Two grouting machinery

1. Grouting machine
The grouting machine is the main equipment used for grouting. The performance of the grouting machine should be suitable for the type and concentration of the slurry, and the allowable working pressure should be greater than 1.5 times the grouting pressure. It should have sufficient slurry discharge and stable working performance. Double liquid grouting machines and multi cylinder plunger grouting machines can be used to inject pure cement slurry.
2. Slurry mixer
The slurry mixer used for producing cement slurry is currently the most commonly used traditional double-layer vertical slow speed mixer and high-speed slurry making machine. Using a high-speed slurry making machine not only has fast speed and high efficiency, but also produces a slurry with high dispersion and stability, good quality, and can better inject into rock fractures.
The speed and mixing capacity of the mixer should be adapted to the type of slurry being mixed and the discharge volume of the grouting machine, respectively, and should be able to ensure uniform and continuous mixing of the slurry.
3. Grouting recorder
Used to record the grouting pressure and grouting rate at each moment during the grouting process of each hole. Important data such as relative density (or water cement ratio) of the slurry.
