During the grouting process, improper operation of the grouting machine can easily cause blockage of the conveying pipeline? What is the reason for this?
Technicians believe that under normal circumstances, the slurry forms a columnar fluid in the center of the conveying pipeline of the grouting machine, flowing in a suspended state. There is a layer of cement slurry on the surface of the fluid, which acts as a lubricant and contacts the pipe wall. There is basically no relative movement between the aggregates. When the movement of certain aggregates in the coarse aggregate is obstructed, the speed of the subsequent aggregates gradually slows down due to the influence, causing the coarse aggregates in the pipeline to form aggregates. The mortar supporting the coarse aggregates is squeezed out, and the remaining gaps are filled by small aggregates. This increases the density of aggregates, causing the aggregates in the pipeline to expand radially along the pipeline. The lubrication layer of the cement slurry is damaged, the movement resistance increases, and the speed slows down until the movement stops, resulting in blockage.
The above are the reasons for the blockage of the conveying pipeline of the grouting machine. When using the grouting machine, everyone must make efforts to avoid this cause and prevent the blockage of the conveying pipeline.
