Composition structure of hydraulic mortar grouting machine
Due to different manufacturers, there may be differences in the appearance of mortar grouting machines. In terms of structure, they are basically the same, consisting of hydraulic devices, pump shells, pump shafts, sealing devices, and axial force balancing devices.
1. Hydraulic device
The hydraulic device is the core part of the mortar grouting machine, and the ultra-high pressure generated by the hydraulic device provides strong grouting pressure for the mortar grouting machine.
2. Pump casing
The pump casing is the main body of the mortar grouting machine, which supports and fixes various components, and is connected to the bracket for installing bearings.
3. Pump shaft
The pump shaft is the rotating device of the mortar grouting machine. Its function is to transfer the power generated by the motor to the hydraulic device, converting electricity into grouting power.
4. Sealing device
The function of the sealing device is to prevent the internal gas of the mortar grouting machine from hitting the air, and to prevent the gas in the air from entering the high-pressure device, ensuring that the high-pressure device generates sufficient air pressure under power compression.
5. Axial force balancing device
During the operation of the mortar grouting machine, due to the fact that gas enters the pressure device at low pressure and is discharged at high pressure, the pressure on both sides of the high-pressure device will be unequal, resulting in axial thrust pointing towards the inlet direction. This will cause axial displacement of the rotor, resulting in wear and vibration. By using the axial force balance device, the axial thrust can be balanced.
