Structure and working principle of 200 hydraulic double cylinder mortar pump
This series of grouting pumps consists of an electric motor, plunger oil pump, overflow valve, hydraulic directional valve block, oil cylinder, working cylinder, mixer, as well as components such as oil tank, radiator, oil filter, inlet and outlet valve, and electric control box.
Working principle: The electric motor directly drives the plunger oil pump, and the high-pressure oil output from the gear oil pump enters the hydraulic directional valve block through the overflow valve (the required pressure can be adjusted, and the mixer ball valve needs to be closed to adjust the pressure). The hydraulic directional valve block controls the oil cylinder to perform reciprocating motion.

2. The adjustable performance is relatively good: within the design range, the pressure displacement of the pump can be adjusted arbitrarily. When the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the relief valve will automatically open, and the oil cylinder and working cylinder will stop working, playing a safety role.
In flammable and explosive construction sites such as coal mines, this series of hydraulic grouting motors use explosion-proof motors and can also be used safely.
There is an anti-seismic pressure gauge installed in the oil pressure system, which can accurately reflect the working status of the pump.
This series of hydraulic grouting pumps can also be used as clear water pumps, sewage pumps, and mud pumps.
Precautions for using SJB-200 hydraulic double cylinder mortar pump
The pump should be fixed in a horizontal position as much as possible to avoid twisting or folding of the oil pipe and suction pipe. The suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible, and its vertical distance should not exceed one meter.
Regularly inspect the fuel tank filter and oil circuit filter, clean them, and replace the hydraulic oil regularly. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil about once a month. Use No. 46 hydraulic oil in summer and No. 32 hydraulic oil in winter, with approximately 45 kilograms of hydraulic oil changed each time.
3. The workplace should have sufficient water sources for easy work.
4. Each hydraulic joint should be inspected regularly and not loosened.
Construction operators must have certain grouting experience to ensure smooth construction operations.
6. The electrical control box, motor, and appliances should be kept clean and dry, and the wires of the above components should be checked regularly to prevent damage and leakage.
When moving the machine, do not have large bumps and do not knock on any parts of the machine at will.
