Operational principle
The machine is driven by a vertical motor and is mounted on a high-speed mixing shaft with belt drive and cantilever support. The mixing blades are of high-speed axial flow type. The blades are serrated and have a strong shear force, which can generate irregular strong eddies. At the same time, they can tear and crush solid fluid groups for high dispersion mixing. The high-speed rotating fluid is strongly sheared again by the solid blades and forced into the circulating pump that is coaxial with the stirring blades. The conveying pump quickly circulates the liquid in the barrel evenly, and the pulping speed is fast, taking about two minutes. Not only is the pulping time fast, but the prepared slurry is also uniform and sufficient, without clumping or fisheye effects, making it particularly suitable for producing high concentration slurries.
Usage and Maintenance
1. Before starting up, use manual rotation to check for any jamming of moving parts and whether the grounding wire is properly connected. Then turn on the power and idle to check for any abnormal noises and correct steering (according to the direction indicated by the arrow).
2. Users add water from the inlet to the required height based on the required water cement ratio.
3. Turn on the main motor and evenly add the powder according to the specified quantity. After adding all the powder, delay for about one minute.
4. Pump the prepared slurry into the storage tank and operate the agitator of the storage tank.
5. Regularly check the tightness of the V-belt and adjust it.
6. Regularly inspect the transmission shaft, bearings, lubricating oil quantity, and the wear of the skeleton oil seal, and supplement or replace them.
7. When not in use or stopped working for a long time, the equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner to fully discharge the remaining cement slurry, avoiding hardening and agglomeration that may affect the efficiency of equipment use or cause equipment jamming and necrosis that may affect production.
