This device also incorporates a bearing type connecting rod structure, which has the characteristics of stable transmission, low noise, good wear resistance and vibration reduction performance, and long service life; The hydraulic device mainly consists of cylinder liner, piston, piston seat, piston rod, piston pressure pad, pump head, and other parts. The piston rod and piston seat are sealed with a 10 ° conical seal, and the piston is tightened with an M14 × 1.5 internal thread connection method, effectively preventing mud infiltration. Folding is more convenient and fast. The piston is made of imported polyether material and has a reverse lip structure, with good concentricity, greatly improving the continuous grouting operation time and reducing the operator’s operating cost.
The lubrication of the pump body (crankcase) mainly adopts splash lubrication method, which drives the lubricating oil to splash around through the circular movement of the crankshaft, connecting rod, and gear to achieve lubrication purposes. The amount of lubricating oil in the solid box should not be too small, and the lubricating oil level should be regularly maintained to the oil level hole. Before starting the pump, check whether the pump body and gearbox have been filled with lubricating oil and the amount of oil added to ensure sufficient lubrication. The type and amount of lubricating oil to be added. The top of the pump body is equipped with a refueling and exhaust bolt. Unscrew this bolt to add gear oil to the box and have an exhaust function. The back of the box is equipped with an oil level bolt and an oil discharge bolt. The height of the lubricating oil in the box should reach the end plane of the oil gauge bolt. When replacing the lubricating oil, the oil bolt can be loosened.

Use and maintenance of pumps
Installation of pump:
The mortar pump must be installed on concrete or a sturdy foundation, should not be tilted, and fixed with anchor bolts to prevent vibration during operation.
Preparation before startup:
After the first use, long-term storage, or reinstallation of the mortar pump, the following preparations should be made before starting:
1. Check if the lubricating oil in each part is sufficient.
2. Check if the suction pipeline of the water filter is unobstructed and not blocked by dirt. The hose joint should be tightened with a clamp to ensure no air leakage. Check the position of the water filter immersed in the slurry tank, which should be below 0.3-0.5 meters of the mortar liquid level. The distance between the water filter and the bottom of the slurry tank should not be less than 0.5 meters
3. Check for any looseness or blockage in the moving parts and components,
4. Check whether the belt and motor drive are flexible and reliable, and whether there is any slipping or belt dropping..
5. Check if all fasteners are loose, especially the M14 × 1.5 × 30 piston compression bolts, the connection between the crosshead and the pull rod, etc., are tightened.
6. Check the suction height of the pump. In areas below an altitude of 1000 meters, the suction height of the pump should not exceed 2.5 meters. In areas above an altitude of 1000 meters, the suction height of the pump should be reduced according to the local atmospheric pressure.
7. Check whether the pressure gauge is intact, whether the dial and pointer are abnormal, and whether the reading is accurate.
8. Check whether each part of the circuit is connected correctly, whether there is any looseness, leakage, or incorrect connection, and whether the wiring is in compliance with relevant safety regulations for electricity use. Have the electrical appliances been reliably grounded for protection.
Starting of 3 pumps
1. Start the motor and check if the rotation direction of the motor is correct, ensuring that the motor rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow on the protective cover;
Before starting the construction work, an appropriate amount of fine white plaster or clean water must be pumped into the conveying pipeline through a suction pipe to lubricate the pipe wall.
3. Check the operation of the slurry pump according to the slurry output, and if it is normal, connect the slurry tank for normal operation.
