The purpose of the 2 mortar conveying pump is:
1、In construction engineering, it is used for horizontal and vertical conveying of mortar or large-scale spraying.
2、In the chemical and paper industries, conveying pulp like raw materials and waste.
3 is used in thermal power plants to transport fly ash slurry.
4. Used for grouting slope protection in national defense and civil defense engineering, as well as mining tunnel construction.
5. In highway pavement maintenance, it is used for grouting filling in cement pavement collapse.
In prestressed component engineering, it is used for mortar injection and expansion.
In hydraulic engineering, it is used to reinforce dams.
8. Used in metallurgy, steel, and other industries for maintaining slurry infusion in blast furnaces and other equipment.
The structure of the mortar pump mainly consists of an electric motor drive system, hydraulic transmission system, material cylinder pumping system, heat dissipation system, electrical safety system, frame system, etc. (see Figure 1 for details).
Equipment maintenance and operation precautions:
The oil tank should be kept full of oil, using 45 # hydraulic oil. The sealing of each oil pipe joint and seal should be regularly checked to ensure smooth oil flow and prevent oil leakage and seepage. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 6 months to avoid deterioration and viscosity, which may reduce the service life of hydraulic cylinders and pumps; Damaged overflow valve and blocked oil circuit.
Precautions before use
Before starting up, ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally and firmly.
2. Check the oil tank liquid level, which should be at the specified position of the oil window observation hole.
3. Check if all pipelines and pumps are unobstructed.
4. Check whether the motor is grounded, whether it rotates flexibly, and whether the connecting cables of electrical components are firm and reliable.
2 Hydraulic system debugging
Inch the motor and check if the direction of operation of the motor and oil pump is correct. The motor must rotate clockwise. If it is reversed, adjust the phase sequence of any two phases of the motor’s incoming line, otherwise the mortar pump cannot work properly.
2. Turn on the rotary switch of the pressure gauge to put it into working mode.
3. Close the slurry outlet valve.
Loosen the locking nut of the overflow valve and adjust the pressure knob to reach the working pressure value of the slurry pump (factory set to 8 MPa).
5. Check the position of the overflow valve handle, positioning block, and collision plate to ensure that they are in the working position at one end. If the slurry pump does not work after startup, manually swing the positioning block of the overflow valve handle to reset it. This will open the oil circuit and the pump will enter normal working state.
3 Start
Firstly, inject clean water into the hopper, turn on the pump to clean the pump head, and wet the pipeline.
2. Then use a pump to transport white lime paste or pure water slurry as pipeline lubrication, then pour in a thinner mortar (with a consistency of 12mm or more), and finally increase it to the required consistency (to avoid pipeline blockage, which is more important for new pipelines before use).
4 Precautions in Work
1. Pay attention to the normal operation of the motor and working pump. If any accidents are found, the machine must be stopped immediately. Open the discharge valve to discharge the slurry. After there is no pressure, troubleshoot.
The consistency of the mixed mortar should be measured before pumping, and the mortar should be continuously mixed during the working process.
3. Pay attention to the value changes of the pressure gauge. If there are any abnormal situations, stop the machine at any time and check it in a timely manner.
When the shutdown exceeds 10 minutes or lasts for a long time, immediately pump clean water and clean the interior and pipelines of the slurry pump until they are completely cleaned. If the above time is exceeded, the pump should be started every 4-5 minutes to ease the blockage caused by mortar sedimentation.
