The Dual Fluid Variable Displacement Grouting Pump

The dual liquid variable displacement grouting pump (hereinafter referred to as the dual liquid pump) is widely used in underground engineering waterproofing, foundation reinforcement, coal mine gas sealing, tunnel sealing, collapse repair engineering, and slope anchor support of tunnels, subways, roads, bridges, dams, mining construction, and high-rise buildings,

The dual liquid variable displacement grouting pump mainly consists of pump head, pump body, gearbox, clutch, power drive, chassis, pressure gauge, valve and other parts. After being driven by a triangular belt, the electric motor is connected to the clutch. The power can be connected and separated by manipulating the clutch release handle. The four-speed transmission of the grouting pump can be achieved by manipulating the gearbox handle. The output torque of the gearbox is then transmitted directly to the pump body through the triangular belt transmission, and is transformed into a linear reciprocating motion of the piston through the rotational motion of the crankshaft connecting rod, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the steel ball in the pump head for suction and discharge of slurry. The two chambers of the material cylinder can suction and discharge the same type of slurry, as well as two different types of slurry. The accessory mixer can mix the slurry of the two cylinders into one pipeline, and users can choose according to their actual usage.
